Maintenance Free by AFG
This option is ideal for smaller dealerships who either don't have the manpower or can't afford the costs of creating and administering a prepaid vehicle maintenance program, but see the benefits of providing this service for themselves and their customers. It is also a great option for larger dealerships who simply want to be able to offer a prepaid vehicle maintenance program without concern for the administration or risk.
Maintenance Free by AFG provides a simple way for you to offer a full maintenance program to your customers!
Once you have signed on as a partner dealer with Maintenance Free, as part of what you offer each customer to whom you sell a vehicle you can now offer the additional benefit and convenience of a prepaid maintenance agreement. You together with your customer decide on a time/kilometers policy that is right for them (for example, they plan to own their new car for 3 years and drive an average of 20,000 kms/year so you sell them a 36 mo/60,000 km Maintenance Free agreement).
All of the necessary documentation and calculation is accessed through the password protected dealer login on the Maintenance Free website and can be printed right off the site as soon as you have filled in all of the customer, vehicle and agreement details. The form gets signed and copied for the customer, forwarded to us along with the plan premium, and you are done. It is as simple as that. (You will be given a user name and a password will be set up when you sign on as a partner dealer).
Now, when your customer comes in for maintenance, the service department calls for authorization and does the work required. When the job is finished, the customer simply signs the work order and drives away. The work order is then sent to us and your service department is reimbursed for the work that they have done.
Your customer gets the convenience and service they deserve. You are the dealer who looks after them from beginning to end. Maintenance Free makes it simple.
