               This is the best option for dealerships of any size who have already considered or explored the possibility of a maintenance program for their store but for whatever reason have been unable to carry it out.  This option allows you to "own" your own maintenance program while at the same time receiving on-going support from the Maintenance Free team.  You get to reap more of the benefits of your hard work and you receive all of the advantages of the work that we have done to create the program.  There is also a lot of flexibility in this approach to create a program that works for your specific dealership and customers.

               Once you have signed on as a partner dealer with Maintenance Free, as part of what you offer each customer to whom you sell a vehicle you can now offer the additional benefit and convenience of your own dealership's prepaid maintenance agreement.  You together with your customer decide on a time/kilometers policy that is right for them (for example, they plan to own their new car for 3 years and drive an average of 20,000 kms/year so you sell them a 36 mo/60,000 km Maintenance Free agreement).

               As part of the Dealer Plan, we will not only work out a maintenance plan that fits your dealership and its customers, but provide you with your own password protected subdomain on the Maintenance Free website.  Here you will be able to access all of the necessary documentation and calculation and be able to print it right off the site as soon as you have filled in all of the customer, vehicle and agreement details.  The form gets signed and copied for the customer, you forward the per diem to us, you invest the premium, and you are done.  It is as simple as that.  (You will be given a user name and a password will be set up when you sign on as a partner dealer).

               Now, when your customer comes in for maintenance, the service department gets internal authorization and does the work required.  When the job is finished, the customer simply signs the work order and drives away.  You then reimburse your service department for the work that they have done out of the program assets that you hold.  And then you enter the work done in the password protected database that is included in the Maintenance Free Dealer Plan for your own tracking purposes.
